Immigration Current Law - Canada

Hello Everyone,

I am exploring some options and looking for some guidance.

I am of Pakistani National, Married.

Planning to move to Canada, and intend to invest to start my own company.

What is the immigration law these days.
What is the requirement?

If i plan to visit in tourist / business visa, am i able to setup a company there and also start process of my residence permit.

Would appreciate some guidance.
