Have you received any email acknowledgement of your application?

Did you download a copy of the application so you can check if you perhaps ticked something incorrectly?

Highly unlikely that UKCVAS messed up as you would have submitted the online form before your had the biometrics appointment.
Yes, we received an email confirming it's receipt we also received an email from Serco when we submitted the biometrics.

Yes, we did. We've just been through again - we've happy with the responses. However, both forms for FLR(M) and FLR(RP) are the same. There are two that gave us pause for thought:
Is this the first time you have applied for a partner route, or an extension, with your current partner (including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)?
We answered no and secondly;
Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type.
We answered:

"First extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person)"
It is highly likely that the complaint mistyped your route then.

It appears you have applied correctly as FLR(M).

Some applications simply take longer, often up to 6 months for standard service.

You're welcome. Hopefully you don't have to wait too much longer.

FLR(FP) Application

Post by Pjs96 » Tue Apr 09, 2024 10:40 pm

Application type FLR (FP) based on human rights

Fee waiver submitted : 24/03/2023
Fee wavier approved : 25/04/2023

Flr fp application Submitted : 02/05/2023
Biometrics appointment : 13/06/2023

No email or notification from home office

Additional documents submitted or further submission done : 21/03/2024

It has been 1 year till now no notification or any decision from home office. It has been long time & feeling so stressed and depressed. No exact answer from solicitor side.

Anyone knows still how much it will take?
Thanks in advance 🙏

Timeline is to give idea of trend not an exact indication that if you submitted same time outcome or decision will be on same date.
Exercise patience and or follow up.

I submitted mine last year as well in March, nothing from home office ever since. It's a waiting game. You are not alone

Flr fp applied on 12/08/2023, third extension (standard)
Submitted (Biometric) on 30/08/2023
Decision received on 23/08/2023: granted
BRP: waiting (will be delivered by Royal mail).

10 years route , probably will apply ILR on may 2025.

Looks like 6 months waiting time is average even my case is pretty straightforward, as partner, kids documents are all same as per last applications.

Wish everyone who is still waiting getting decision very very soon.

All the Best.
Hi congratulations,
Please may i ask if you put your travel history from first visa you were granted or only from third visa?
