Hi,

All great help with the documents check list. In a bit of a pickle as my wife's visa expires 4th October 2019 and I do not have documents in joint name although we never lived apart and also have a 19 months old baby. Any help in regards to what should i do if documents are made in joint name from tomorrow onwards and visa expiry is in less than 6 months?

Anxiously waiting for some guidance.

Thanks
Rgds,

1. You should start your own topic please.

2. Cohabitation documents can be in joint names or addressed to each of you individually at the same address.

Came back after a long time. Couldn't find a place to start my own thread actually.

Could you guide me to a topic where co habitation documents are less than 6 months for FLR on spouse visa?

Hello
Three questions really!

Why have you posted the visa pages on the applicant's passport!? Is that for old expired UK visas or just for travel history?

Doesn't say you uploaded the verification consent form. Did you or was it under a different name?

Declaration signed by spouse or civil partner isn't also signed by the applicant is it? It's just cos you list it twice in your proof of application outline?

I pretty much uploaded my documents similarly to yours. However I scanned stuff like the 6 months payslip as one document rather than individual monthly documents.

Dunno if that's how it should be done. But hey ho.

Hello,
Yes, uploaded passport with visa pages and stamps pages for covering travel history.

Consent uploaded under others category. Part 1 signed by applicant (my wife), part 2 and 3 I have signed. Not sure about the part 2 and 3 as I’m showing my job and bank statements for financial requirement.

Yes, declaration singed by spouse or partner.

I think scanning all in one file or separate files wouldn’t make any different.

When you booked for appointment?

We got appointment for end of next week.

Hope everything will be good.

Hello,

Got the interview on 17th in Birmingham. Goodluck as well. I expect would take up to Nov/Dec to hear any outcome as I am applying via the standard route

About scanning and uploading visas and stamps in passport as proof of travel history, I can't see that requirement on any of the guidance. Still in 2 minds if I should upload it or not?!

Hmm, the consent, my partner and I signed part 1 and 2. But part 3 talk about 3rd party provision of financial help. We are not reliant on any 3rd party. So not sure if that needs to be signed or not.

Admins, any bit of clarity would be appreciated.
