Ok, so I've just checked and i only have 2 joint letters for Halifax bank and the other is for Council tax. This means i have to submit some single as well?
any advise on this please?
What about the list of documents you mentioned above. Hasn't you got such documents?
i do, but i only have joint from two sources in Halifax bank and council tax rest are single named such as virgin media and gas bills and others etc...
so i just need to know how many in total do i need to submit in joint names and in singular for applicant and sponsor?
Thanks

If joint named then 6 and if individually named then 12 documents. Also you can combine both. Yes you can add documents with single names.

4 in each name.
sorry i meant 4 joints 2 for halifax bank and 2 for council tax for both years and then as you said 4 each is that per year which mean 8 each for both years which total up to 20 letters joint and singles.
is this correct?

If you meant that you have 4 joint documents then you will need 2 more documents in each name means 4 more documents which in total will be 8. If still you have written wrong then by bearing in mind this example you can keep counting the actual number of documents you actually need.

Seems fine but try to add any document addressed to applicant to cover a little gap between March 2019 - August 2019

final advise
Your cohabitation evidences are fine and the reason to advise you to attach few more documents of applicant for the period of (March 2019 - August 2019) because the gap exceed than 3-4 months.

Thanks seagul for all your help.
Have submitted my documents today at Wakefield service point and i must say the staff there really make you think if the documents have uploaded properly or not. I lost confident in them they came across incompetent and had no clue about additional documents (cover letter) as to which category it should be uploaded to. They were strictly following a checklist and weren't really thinking out of box.
so i ended up including the cover letter which is very important with cohabitation correspondence section. I wanted the cover letter to be the first letter scanned on top of the file so that case worker read that first so that he/she can get full overview of the application.
would not recommend Wakefield service point!
