FLRM Application Documents from UK

Hello everyone,

I have just been given ILR on 10 years basis. My wife is on Tier 2 dependent visa and her visa is valid until the end of this year. I understand that i need her visa switch to FLRM and I have booked a premium appointment already. Can someone please guide me on what other documents I need apart from the list below.

Main Applicant:
Application Form
Old BRP
IELTS
Marriage registration certificate
Child Birth Certificate

Sponsor's Document:
BRP
Employer letter confirming salary 32K
Last 6 months payslips
Last 6 months bank statement
Mortgage Statement
