Have you ever remained in the UK beyond the validity of visa?

Hi guys,

Did anyone else have trouble going through the Online application for FLR FP.

Nowhere does it feel like I am filling FLR FP for the 10 year route.

This is my wifes first extension on the 10 year partner route after being granted.

Looking at the option it feels like FLRM 5 year route asking for English requirement and Financial requirements.

Now asking for shared expenses like Bills.

Whats options did you guy select for the following questions?

I chose NO

I chose Additional extension as a partner

I chose Family

leave to enter or remain or other permission?

I chose As the partner of a British citizen, settled person or
person with pre-settled status under the EUSS; a
person with refugee leave or humanitarian
protection in the UK, or a person with leave as a
Turkish ECAA worker or business person

Hi Todmatt,

No my wife came the European route via Surinder Singh.

We didn't get the UK EU card because we didn't meet the Centre of Life requirement. Then Applied for FLR FP 10 year partner route with 2 British Children and was granted.
