Spouse visa and holiday

Post by kentish » Tue Oct 22, 2019 2:12 pm

Hello,

I have to apply for visa of my wife and i have to submit one year bank statement because i am self employed but i have not put any money into my bank account in one month due to month holidays.

Will this one month statement in which i have not put any money effect on spouse visa application or i will be fine?

Please guide if someone knows about this situation.

Many many thanks.

Does your annual income show more than £18,600? if so, it is not a problem. You need to provide up to date unaudited accounts or if you are a director complete a CT600 form. You need to also provide the last two years tax returns. You will need to demonstrate your work will be on-going too.
