Stay outside the UK on Spouse visa??

Hello, All the board members

I am struggling with Spouse related query, it would be great if anybody can help me with it. Actually, I am on a spouse visa and have been in my home country for the last 9 months. 1st it was due to Covid I lost my very close family members, for that reason couldn't really return to the UK. And now I am pregnant and mentally stressed for what has happened back in the past few months in my family coupled with pregnancy-related stress. I am already here for the last 9 months and am worried about my Visa (ILR) in the future. What could be the worst-case scenario in my case???? I had already my 2nd extension back in October 2020.

Your thought on this case will be highly appreciated.

There is NO absence limits for spouse visa holders.

Could please let me know how this absence gonna affects my naturalization application??? I am already absent from the UK for more than 270 days.
