uk Spouse visa

Post by zunga169 » Tue Mar 12, 2019 12:47 pm

Hi, I am new to this forum, I need help to apply for a spouse visa. I am a British citizen, living with my children. My wife passed away last year and I got married again. My wife applying for a spouse visa under Cat D saving route, I am working part-time because I have to look after my children.
I am receiving Housing & council tax benefits, does it affect my spouse visa application??? I will be very thankful if someone help me please, thanks

If these haven't been declared, this could affect your wife's spouse visa extension. :?:

I did not ask for a visa extension, As I mentioned earlier she lives abroad and I would like to apply for a spouse visa to join me in the UK.
