Hi seagul,
Many thanks again for your valuable advice. If you could help me with below questions that would be great help.
Normally my wife use to get paid on 6th of every month, but for the March month she still have not received the payment the employer has informed her that they have issues with the bank account and because of that
1)there will be few days delays in her salary payment. Will that be any Issues for her application?
2)If she get paid by cash and then she deposit in Her bank account , will that acceptable for home Office?
3) she is planning to submit her application next week and she is resigning the job in May for Maternity, she is not entitled for Maternity pay as she is New with current employer but she will be getting Maternity Allowance. If she don’t get an approval before May and she leave the job will that make any issues?

1. As long as the wages get paid in March even with delays you would be fine provided you attach the employer letter and if possible then bank letter stating the fact.
2. Wages in cash must also be deposited in full in bank account and employer letter should also state the reason that why this month you get paid in cash.
3. Strictly speaking then evidences till the date of application matters but still if HO call her employer during the process of application and couldn't find her there then they might refuse/delay the application. Preferably inform to HO in advance when applying.

Yes but gross income and overtime information should also be there too.

She doesn’t have a contract she gets hours depending on how busy is the shop , that’s why the letter didn’t mention permanent contract instead wrote permanent basis. Hope that will not make any trouble.
And I will ask to add ‘ her salary is 8 pounds per hour.’
Is that ok

Hi seagul,
In the application form very last of the finance section after filling her employment details there is one question to select yes or no ,
Are they a director or non-executive director of a ltd company based in the uk ?
My wife is a director of a company but not showing any income from that company against income requirements?
Any idea in this case what she need to select yes if no ?

Preferably don't use the income from self employment or directorship if financial requirement alone can be met through employment. In that case simply answer no which isn't a lie because you are not using such income to fulfill the financial requirement.
