Indefinite Leave to Remain and court eviction notice

Not sure if this is the right area but had a look and can't find anything too similar.

TL;DR would appealing a notice 21 by attending court affect my indefinite leave to remain application?

I am currently renting a property and have been served a section 21 notice to vacate the property by early July - I have also purchased a property that according to solicitors will be ready to move in mid-late August. I have asked my landlord if I can extend my tenancy by an additional move & offered double rent as compensation but they have declined.

My process here is that I want to contest the section 21 to give me enough time to move to my new home, I do have some things like lack of repairs and likely no how to rent booklet so grounds for contesting might be in my favour.

My question is, would take this to court to appeal the notice affect my Indefinite leave to remain application in anyway? Would there be any records of this? Supporting links to validate this would be most welcome.

This is a civil issue and has no relevance to your ILR

Is there anywhere I can find this out as written? Some supporting documentation perhaps?

There isn't any.

This has nothing to do with your ILR and is irrelevant, doesn't even need to be declared.
