I am eshan bajaj and my timeline as follows.

2014 to 2018 - tier 2 work permit
2018 to 2023 - family member eea
2020 - pre settled

I came to france in November 2020 and living here from past 4months.
Q1 - I completed my 10 years stay in August 2020, can I still apply for ilr.
Q2. For how long I can stay out of uk?
Q3. I am on universal credit - does it affect my application for ilr?

Q2. 180 days.

Q3. You should NOT be claiming UK benefits if you are not living in the UK. Does you inform the benefits office that you have left the UK?? If not, it is benefit fraud. Aside from the advice you were already given in your other topic about this.
