Indefinite Leave to remain Online application

Dear Experts,

I travelled to UK with "visa Tier 2 Partner and it was valid from 14.02.2011 till 01.01.2013 and first port of entry was 12-03-2011 and travelled back to India on 13-09-2011, Since my visa breaks, My Partner processed dependent visa via his company with visa type "Tier 2 ICT long term staff partner valid from 26-11-2013 with first port entry as 7-03-2014 and myself continued to stay in UK with multiple required extension and currently PBS Dependent Leave to remain visa valid from 25-10-2018 to 25-10-2021 and this is extension granted in 2018 from the previous Visa expiry of 09-10-2018. I will be eligible for ILR in March'19 based on 5 year routes.

Can u please clarify the below question which requested in Online form.

1)When did you first enter the UK? Do i need to provide 12-03-2011 or 7-03-2014 based on above detailed..
2)Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? Answered as 'Yes' . Please correct if i am wrong
3)Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?Answered as 'Yes' . Please correct if i am wrong and please clarify do i need to provide all the absence from country since 2011 or only absence after 2018 based on new rule type.

Has the main tier 2 ICT holder got ILR??

Thanks for your speedy response,

Yes, My husband got Citizenship in Jan 2018.

I will be main applicant (Set (O)) and child (age 6) will be added in dependent.

What route did your spouse apply for ILR under, 5 years PBS or 10 years long residence?

Where was your child born, UK or abroad?

My husband got his ILR via 5 years route of tier 2 ict , He came to UK Feb 2009. My self travelled as a dependent .

My child born in India and she also in dependent visa.

Pls be informed, My husband got citizenship in Jan 2018(got his ILR via 5 yrs route)

Pls help.

1. the question very clearly asks the date you ENTERED the UK. It is not asking date of visa issue!!

2. Correct if you had an extension granted in October 2018.

3. NO, only absence under the new rule as the question clearly states.
