10 years long residence application

Hi any can help me with my case came as vistor and bin here for 11 year and applied on set lr got one British chaild but I had no visa only my application was pending for 10 years can any one help me if my application wil b success

You don't qualify for ILR Long Residence if you have had no legal status in the UK for the WHOLE 10 year period.

What application is/was 'pending' for '10 years'??

When was this application made?

Who advised you that you qualify??

I had article 3 application pending for 10 years then home office grant me dl for 30 months and one off solicitor told me that if u not bin overstay more then 28 day u can apply

When did your visit visa expire?

When did you submit Article 3(?) (or Article 8??) application?

When was DLR granted?

Visit visa expires on 10 December 2004 apply for leve to remain on. 9 December 2004 then home office send application back on 3 January 2005 as fee not bin paid don't know wot reason as find out by my Soicter and ho ask me to return application within 28 days wen I racive my application back to send them back with full fee but I apply after 13 day on articles 3 and dl was granted in 2013
