Hi

I entered in UK on work permit on 24/07/2006. Since then I was continuously working on work permit. In june-09, I changed employer and joined another company and got visa in Tier 2 (General). After than, I am stayed here at home without pay nearly for 6 months. Now my pay will be started. I shall be completing 5 years on 24/07/2011. Will this affect my eligibility for settlement.
