Absences of family members of settled person

Post by wxyuanilr » Fri May 31, 2019 7:36 pm

My wife & son joined me in the UK 5 years ago on a family visa (family member of settled person). In the past 5 years, we had a number of trips to our home country staying for 4-6 weeks each time. In the application for ILR, what evidence should we provide for these absences?

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -v18.0.pdf isn't very clear on this. It says Appendix W dependants do not need t o give a reason for absences but what is Appendix W dependant?

Please continue in your existing topic you already have.

You need to stop reading the link and document you have posted, it does NOT apply to your dependents. It applies to a completely different visa category with completely different rules.
