change of status on COS-Please advice

Hi
I wanted to apply for ILR shortly
I have a COS in which my role is a doctor but is titled differently
as stated on my Salary slip
So what shall I do and will it be questioned by the home office?

who is your sponsor?

What's your titl?

Your employer should produce you a letter to explain this. If your sponsor is A-rated, should be fine.
