If this question is NOT related to your original query, you should either a) start a new topic and post it or b) ask your friend to register on the forum and ask their own questions.

Makes no difference as long as they apply before their visa expires.

I just want to say thank you for the advice. I have written a complaint letter to Home Office without MP input and Sent it on 10th April. I received my second application fee back into my account today. They didn't send any email or letter just the money into account.

Hmm ok I will just use the Wi-Fi to log on this website when possible. Thank you again for your advice. I will be a silent watcher after this time and will be more careful on my naturalization application :)
