Ilr 10 years set lr help

Hi.. can you please give me information on new visa same day Centers and how much it will cost extra if i go to sameday service or within 10 days cost ?
24 hrs decision ?
Can anybody help me whats the cost differences in these services thankyou.

Came uk july 2010 student visa valid until may 2012
Apply spouse visa may 2012 granted until jan 2013 to jan 2015
Apply ilr jan 2015pending untill jan 2016 we separated while pending ilr.
Ilr refused 2 feb 2016 bcose ho asked to attend interview as we cant attend bcose separation.
Apply flr fp i have a British child with my ex .
Apply flr fp 3rd of feb 2016 granted in may 2016 parent 10yrs route keep extending afterward. Now my 10 yrs will b complete in july 2020 .
Is my continue 10yrs breaks ?
Or is there any problem ?
Or can i apply ?
