Hi Team,

Business bank statement (Investment)
Wrt the business bank statement which shows the investment transaction, I will use a scan copy from the statement I received by post,

Do I need to take it to the bank branch to stamp it?, or the stamp is not required?

Thanks in advance.

No bank stamps needed. It is the original statement and scans are fine. Even online statements are fine.

Hi Team,

RTI-FPS

First point:
With regards to the FPS, I have a copy which I receive monthly from the accountant, which she submit monthly to HMRC, last page on all the FPSs include:
Sender ID:XXXXXX
Transaction ID:XXXXXX
Time Stamp: XXXXXX

Few of them have the HMRC Receipt document (which include more details, i.e Date acknowledged, Date accepted, Response code, IRmark) and rest of them not.

Does missing HMRC Receipt document as explained above can be an issue?

Second point:
Also, I will submit one set of FPT include all the submissions for 2018, 2019 & 2020 (Around 300 pages file, with a cover page for each month) and I just highlighted in yellow the start date and leaving dates (if applicable) for all the employees. It will be one file (300 pages), and not one with each job.
Does this will be ok?, Do you have any advice to me to do on this?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.

Missing IR Mark is not an issue. I did not submit this page at all for myself. FPS is needed only

All FPS in one file is okay. In fact better as long file size is no more than 6MB

Thanks in advance.

Hi Team,

Three or Five years minus 28 days from visa issue date

Could you please guide me where I can find on the official Home office documents that the 28 days counted from the visa issue date,

I remember that I saw it before, which speak about that if you enter the country within 90 days you can apply on your 3 or 5 years completion minus 28 days.

I would like this text, so I can add it to my cover letter, confirming that I am allowed to apply 28 days from the third year completion date.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.

You don't need to add the UKVI rules to the cover letter. They do actually know the rules!!! You are overthinking.

Thanks CR001, much appreciated,

I'm always trying to explain on my documents any point may raise a question, for example, I did the same with the exception from repeating the English language test, and I hope to do the same with the qualified period of stay (date of issue).

Ukvi know the rules, they wrote them. You really don't need to explain their own rules to them.

Hi Team,

I have submitted my application this morning, however, I'm struggling to find a biometric appointment in Scotland until early January 2021,

I can see available slot in England next week,

My question is, if I booked an appointment slot in England for next week, and later I found an appointment slot nearby in Scotland, am I will be able to cancel England one and book the nearby one?

Thanks in advance.

I have just realized that once I make a biometric appointment, I will no longer have access to view the available slots, unless I cancel my booked appointment first, Is that correct?

Hi Team,

Wrt the consent document which we need to fill in and sign, It's part 1, 2 and 3.
PART 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information.
PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information.
PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor.

I have no joint owner or third party sponsor, so I take it that I will only require to fill in part 1 and only attach part 1 with my documents, is that correct?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.

Hi Team,

I have submitted my application on Monday the 7th Dec (28 days before completing three years from the day of visa issue/BRP valid from date), and I booked an appointment for Biometric and documents submission on Tuesday the 15th Dec late afternoon (400mile away from I live @ £135)

Please see below my documents and uploaded folders and advice if anything else required, or any correction needed.
Documents 1.JPG
Documents 1.JPG (104.82 KiB) Viewed 711 times
Documents 2.JPG
Documents 2.JPG (48.92 KiB) Viewed 711 times
Documents 3.JPG
Documents 3.JPG (83.85 KiB) Viewed 711 times
and the same for job 2 to 10.

The accountant will prepare and submit FPS/payslips for Dec 2020 on Monday the 14th Dec, this is why I will not be able to submit my documents online until Monday morning (if the access still available), other wise I can submit all my documents now apart from the other section folder ( Job creation documents),

I intend to add a document list as stated above as part of my submitted documents, so the CW can see where he/she can find any info and in which pdf file (total uploaded files will be 33 file).

Bank statements, I only scanned the first two pages which includes the transactions.

Looking forward to hearing from you your valuable advice.

Thanks in advance.

Some documents are extra but other than that looks good. Good luck. Keep us posted. You will be able to upload on 14th but not SELF-submit. Submit at the appointment itself. You can only self-submit 48hrs before appointment.

Thanks CULLINAN,

I have uploaded all the documents apart from the other section (Job creation documents),

Do you think if I self-submit them today, and then on Monday I can upload other section (Job creation documents), and submit them on Tuesday, did that will have any benefit?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards.

You can do that if you wish. It is totally up to you. Your appointment is only after 5 days so self-submission or submit at the appointment will be the same. I would suggest submit when all your documents are complete as your appointment is just right there.

Excellent, many thanks CULLINAN for your advice, much appreciated,

I will wait and submit my document during the appointment,

Do you have any advice wrt the categories, or it doesn't matter which category we have uploaded the documents on?

Any missing document need to be added?

Best Regards.

Hi Team,

Expired passport(s)

Do I need only to scan the last expired one (which been used on the last three years), or I need to scan all my previous passports,

At the moment, I have uploaded my current valid passport (Full), and one expired passport (Full) covering from 2013 onwards, do I need to scan other passports older than that?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Ahmed
