Thanks Aman much appreciated for your prompt response and clarification.
Thanks Aby. Good to have other Senior opinion as well? Please advise as I am now very much close to my submission.
Any thoughts please seniorsHaadiz wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 4:28 pmDear Senior's
Firstly, thank you for your support and suggestions throughout the process.
I have managed to arrange the following list of supporting documents for ILR application of my Mrs. and
my Son. However, I will wait for my ILR approval before I apply for my eldest son British Citizenship who born in the UK back in 2008 but Currently on Dependant Visa and his visa expires in November 2019. I am not including him in the application and I hope this will not raise any concerns to the HO.
Please can you advise for any missing documents or am I good to go?
Main Applicant: (Tier 1 Applicant)
1. Current Passport
2. Biometrics (BRP)
3. Consent Form-Declaration (Form 1&2)
Dependant 1:
1. Documents Checklist-Home Office
2 Consent Form-Declaration
3. Current & Old Passports
4. Biometrics (BRP)
5. B1 Certificate
6. Pass Certificate-Life in the UK Test
7. Marriage Certificate
8. Cohabitation Documents
9. Travel History
10. National Identity Card
Dependant 2
1. Current Passport
2. Biometrics (BRP)
3. Consent Form-Declaration
4. Birth Certificate
5 School Letter
6. National Identity Card
I also would like to ask for the content of the covering letter.
1. Do I need to write in the letter regarding my current status of ILR application which has been submitted back in June 2019 and is still in process by providing them a case ID number?
2. Do I need to include my Son who born in the UK and not applying before his visa expiry and to inform that after any of the parent recieve ILR, will apply for his British Citizenship?
I am due to submit my dependants application tomorrow, I would like very much to hear back from the Senior member who can shed their light on the above matters.
Look forward to hearing back soon.
Thank you
Thank you so much for getting back to me promptlyCR001 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 5:51 pmA UK born child does not require ilr to register as british.
Note however that children over the age of 10 could be subject to the good character requirements.
Note also that if the child meets the requirements, they could have already applied on form T when they had 10 years residence.
Thanks CR001, much appreciated
Yes.and it’s not mandatory to upload before visa expiry as long as the application was submitted visa expires.
Thank you so much

You are right about the child and if they contact me that why I have not included my 11 year child in the application then what should be my answer to their concern?CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 2:39 pmHaadiz wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 2:34 pm

You simply state you will be registering the child under Section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act once your/your wife's ILR is approved. You could a covering letter stating this to submit as well. You are right about the child and if they contact me that why I have not included my 11 year child in the application then what should be my answer to their concern?
Thank you CR001 to confirm the aboveCR001 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 3:08 pmYou simply state you will be registering the child under Section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act once your/your wife's ILR is approved. Regarding Cohabitation Documents, most of the documents are readily available online including Bank Statements, is this ok to download from the website and upload on UKCAS website or do I have to order originals? Please advise.
I am having a little issue here, I am not being able to find original Marriage Certificate but I do have a copy of that, is this ok to use (Scan)? Although, it is not possible to retrieve the original from home country before the Biometric appointment
Thank you and look forward to hearing back from you soon.
