Hi, yes I think you are correct, they seem to have removed this extra consent document. I checked over my submitted application form again and it does state this at the bottom:

Declaration
By sending this application, you confirm that to the best of your knowledge and belief the following is correct:
- the information relating to the application
- the supporting evidence
I understand that the data I have given -can be used as set out in the privacy policy
I consent to organisations, including financial institutions, providing information to the Home Office when requested in relation to this application.
I have discussed with any other applicants that I am acting on behalf of, and confirmed that the contents of the application are correct and complete.
I agree to the terms and conditions.
I understand that if false information is given, the application can be refused and I may be prosecuted, and, if I am the applicant, I may be banned from the UK.
I am the applicant aged 18 or over

Please could someone help me answer these two questions?

Hi, I was able to book super priority. Slots became available at exactly midnight. Maybe it's 1am when the clocks go forward (BST)? Also, just like you said in another post - American Express is a payment option.

I'm uploading my documents the SET-M application, but I'm questioning two things:

1) Should I provide the Register of Title and Deeds too? You can, no issue
2) I provided two years of mortgage statements - should I provide three years, so that the mortgage statements cover the entire 2.5 year period? What you have provided already should suffice.
If further required you will receive the request for it by email.

Just to say the application was successful. Thank you for all your advice and help.

The thing that threw me off was budgeting. I incorrectly thought that the priority service was available for SET-M. Also, I didn't expect there to be limited spots for super-priority service. Finally, I couldn't get a free appointment any time soon so I had to pay for that too.

I received the application successful response from the home office on the same day as my appointment.

I saw references that super priority service slots are added at 1am. I actually found it was midnight. I literally refreshed non-stop all day and the option became available at exactly midnight. Perhaps it becomes 1am when the clocks go forward (BST).

Just also on the consent forms - I did not have to provide this (Consent form 1, 2 and 3) like I previously had to for the FLR-M visa. The only mandatory things required were:

- passport
- spouse declaration (there is a link to download the form when you do the application - it's available on both step 4 documents and step 7 further actions)

Hi guys,

Do you still qualify for the super priority service if you apply for Set (M) ILR 28 days earlier from the date of entry to the UK under spouse visa?
