Check the requirements under category B, F and G: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... rement.pdfpoundworld wrote: ↑Tue Jul 26, 2022 8:34 pmMy wifes spouse visa is due in 2024, she will completed the 5 year route and we are looking to apply for ILR.
We are both self employed so usually we'd submit our most latest tax return from 2023-24 tax year.
My question is if I was to start a 12 month contract Employed job in July 2022 and it was to end in July 2023, can I include this to satisfy the financial requirement along my self employment and if so can I still do so if my employment ended?
Thank you
Income under Category F or Category G can be combined with income from salaried
and non-salaried employment, non-employment income and pension income in order
to meet the financial requirement. However, unlike with other Categories, these
sources of income must fall within the relevant financial year(s) in order to be
included.
Where a person in self-employment, or who is the director of a specified limited company in the UK,
also relies on income from other employment (salaried or nonsalaried) during the relevant financial year(s),
they must also provide evidence of ongoing employment (salaried or non-salaried) at the date of application.
Yes that is one category, either G or Fpoundworld wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 9:52 amCan you combine self employment with salary from a Limited company?
If its in the same financial period April to April?
Yes!poundworld wrote: ↑Thu Mar 14, 2024 8:41 amHi guys,
Do you still qualify for the super priority service if you apply for Set (M) ILR 28 days earlier from the date of entry to the UK under spouse visa?
