60 months from the date of entering/initial switching (Dec 2015) minus 28 days.pandaman77777 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 8:57 pm
Or, do I have to calculate the 60 months period based on the start and end dates of each visa?
Thanks!

Possibly but you can still apply after 60 months minus 28 days until the last day of expiry.pandaman77777 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 9:12 pm
Just out of interest if an application for FLR extension took 3 months would the 2nd FLR have an expiry date 3 months after the 5 year ILR period?
