ILR Queries Tier 2

Guys
May I double check my ILR Tier 2 documents checklist with you please.

My first ever Tier 2 was issued in 2015 and Was dated 31/7/2015 - 20/9/2017 (as per my old BRP). In July 2017 my visa was extended And my current BRP is dated 21/8/2017- 31/7/2021. So I am going to be applying on 27/7/2020 (I have my life in the UK test next week so I sadly can’t apply before I have my test certificate). So the date of the application will be 27/7/2020

Documents I am looking to provide are the following:
2* photographs
Valid passport
Expired passport (I have my Tier 4 visa stamps there)
Valid BRP
BSc and MSc degree certificates
Life in the UK test pass confirmation
Police registration certificate

Letter from the HR confirming my absences from the UK, my current salary, type of employment, SOC and that my services are required for the foreseeable future - dated 10/7/2020
The most recent payslip - dated 16/7/2020
Statement of transactions from the bank which covers 1/3/2020-17/7-2020 periods - dated 17/7/2020
Letters from the HO from 2015 and 2017 confirming the issue of my current and previous Tier 2 visas

Tenancy agreements for 2015-2016, 2016-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019- to date confirming my address and continuous residence in the UK
Council tax statements for August 2015 - to date

Is there anything I am missing at all? Than you so much in advance !

Expired passport (I have my Tier 4 visa stamps there)

This is not required if your tier 2 was issued on your new passport. Your tier 4 absences are irrelevant to Set O ILR.

BSc and MSc degree certificates

Presumably both UK degrees? You only need ONE degree, not both.

Statement of transactions from the bank which covers 1/3/2020-17/7-2020 periods - dated 17/7/2020

You only need ONE months payslips and ONE months corresponding bank statement. Why do you want to submit a bank statement from march to July?? It is unnecessary.

Why are you sending this?? You are applying to HO for ILR, they have your full history. It is unnecessary to send this.

This is NOT required to prove residency or address.
This is ONLy required if you have a tier 2 dependent spouse applying with you to prove subsisting relationship. You only need your passport relevant to tier 2.
