Really frustrating to wait since April/ May for a decision

I finally received my approved decision on 11/09/2020. Prior to this, I submitted via IDV app on 26/08/2020 & in person app 02/09/2020.

I never received an email regarding being eligible to re-use biometrics. The email I received was directly an invitation to use IDV/book an appointment. Luckily there were a few appointments available the next day itself (£135) so I booked and enrolled biometrics the next day.
