UKVCAS service outage during holiday period for 48 hours with no IT support. Service restored on 27/12/23 (10am) whilst spouse's appointment was in pm. The time lines are more or less accurate, my one took 3 months and 6 days. Avoid making travel plans which are touch and go from personal experience and give a few days as cover just as a precaution.
