They refused me same grounds but I got a court latter for child contact I’m doing again administrative review let’s see how it goes
You cannot submit new evidence for Admin Review. The Admin Review process is only for when you believe HO has made an error and the documents submitted are reviewed, nothing else.

A Child contact order will be relevant to a FLR(FP) Parent application not the DV ILR one.

I'm very sorry to hear that, hopefully it will be over soon.

I am still waiting for the Home Office's decision until now.

Just want to know, what happen to your judicial review? I thought you have won and how come you are battling for administrative review?

No yet I’m still waiting for results
Hi,

I did receive a letter from Home Office asking for MARAC when in fact my solicitor submitted it and she submitted it again. Since then no news.

How about you, did you submit it? How many weeks did you wait after you submitted the requested document to the Home Office before you receive the refusal?

Hello could I please ask how did you get MARAC letter ?
I have been referred to marac and I requested the marac letter. But victim support lady said that I need to request marac letter from subject access through police? Did you get the same way ?

Hi,

The MARAC letter was issued by the agency that deals with domestic violence as they are the one to refer your case to MARAC. Its not the police.

Is there any agency that is helping you?

Hello thank you for the reply. Organisation called victim support is helping me to get the required documents. They have given me the letter mentioning that I am at high risk and I have been referred to Marac.
But did that get letter from the chair of marac. Does the letter from victim support mentioning that I have been referred to marac is sufficient? or do I need a letter from marac as well?

You have to request for it. They will issue the letter to the agency that helps you.

And your agency will give it to you amd you can give it to your solicitor if you have any.

Hello thank you for the reply. I contacted victim organisation few days ago about what they decided in the marac. And they responded me with below email. I think I need to contact them again If they can help

" I am not able to provide you with the minutes of the MARAC meeting – that information is held by police and would therefore have to be requested by your solicitor as part of the police disclosure.

I have confirmed in my letter as a member of MARAC that your case was heard at MARAC. Only High risk cases are heard at MARAC however this is well known by the Home Office.
If your solicitor wants to discuss this with me please pass along my details and I would be happy to speak to them "
