Is the covering letter is must or if I make a covering letter , what are the main thing I need to mention ,

You don't need a cover letter. The form has all the information HO want to see.

and do I need to make photocopies of all the documents including application form . How many copies of each documents ?

Yes, one set of copies of all documents usually.

If you wish to print it have it handy and then perhaps keep as a record.

Hope you all well . I have only 6 days left for my PEO appointment . I am filling my application form by myself not through solicitor . I'm in trier 1 entrepreneur now . Applying for 10 year ILR . My have a confusion in answering a question .

Question D7 ) have you ever stayed in the United Kingdom beyond the end of your period of leave ?

I never overstayed , 3 days before my PSW expires , I have applied for my tier 1 entrepreneur visa , for refused after 6 months with right of appeal. All the appeal and hearings were on date . And visa granted after few months . In this case , what Weill answer to this question ?

I haven't stapled the application , is that ok ? How about fee payment receipt , where I need to keep it ? Top of application or after the application form ? And can anyone help me with other supporting document's order at the time of submission ?

For the question below as u hv explained ur case, the Answer is ' NO '

Coming to the Order of presenting ur application its all up to u how u can make it more clear and understandable to Case worker(CW). Search for the post once Marcnath has posted how to present ur application n try it , bocz I liked the way he suggested to do. It can be followed to any application u make .

If u like u can simply follow :

1- Cover letter on top of all
2- Fee paid Receipts ( Easy to identify and also the payment pages come early in application form, so it gives the answer straight away)
2- Application ( use paper clip for the application, so that it will be easy for the CW to remove and put it back , how ever he/she needed )
3- Only required documents stated in Guidance comes here ( LIFE IN UK, Degree or English Test Certificate
4- Extra supporting docs (only if Needed) , dont complicate ur case , only provide them if they ask for any
