A very critical question, please help:

What is the rule for job creation?

Is it:
The jobs must have existed for at least 12 months during your most recent grant of leave.

OR

The jobs must have existed in the 12 months before the application date (i.e. if I plan to apply on 1st March 2019, then the jobs should have existed from 1st March 2018 to 28th February 2019).

This is only for those people whose ILR date is less than 12 months from the date of extension, then can claim 12 months immediately before date of ILR application (note in this case some employment will fall under the waiting period) Benefits members you have waited very long for extensions

Many thanks.

I was going through your post in which Marcnath had mentioned that 'You can only claim for 12 months before application date, so only from 7th Jan 2018 to 7th Jan 2019' (ref: indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-1-to-il ... 05-20.html)

That shook me up and hence I raised the question.

Thanks once again but why is it so in your case?

Yes cz I fall under this exception rule. My extension was granted in April 2018 (after 16 months) and I applied for ILR on 1st Jan 2019 (less than 12 months from extension date). So I claimed immediately 12 months before 1st i.e 1st Jan 2018 - 31st Dec 2018.

but the standard rule is 12 months AFTER extension which you have to follow.

Thanks.
But CAR has already been asked. This document has been asked apart from CAR. Is there anything else to be submitted for this?

1. You should ask about spouse visa process as a new topic in the immigration for family sub forum please as it is not relevant to this topic about ILR.

immigration-for-family-members/

2. She needs IELTS A1 from an HO approved test centre and test on current list.

Hi Tier11417,
In one of your previous posts you have mentioned that "I have posted my Jan 2019 FPS and salary slips". Can you please share to which address have you posted it?

Many thanks,

Error in filling Set (O) form

Post by Globe Trotter » Thu Feb 28, 2019 1:32 pm

Hello everybody,
My friend has applied online for Tier 1 Entrepreneur around 15 days back.

While filling the Set (O) form she has made an error in answering the following question:

Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?
She replied Yes to it and mentioned all countries where she had lived but by mistake she forgot to mention her country of birth and did not mention that she had stayed there from her birth.
(She has stayed in her country of birth for almost 40 years and in other countries for just around 3 years).

Is this a serious error?

How can she rectify it now?

Please guide regarding the same.

Many thanks

Dont worry about it. Has she already attended the appointment? Did she use new service?

You cant change the online submitted form. No need to do anything. This is hardly an error. Ignore it.

Thanks tier11417.

Do you think it is worthwhile to send a hard copy of cover letter explaining the error made?

Do you recommend sending a cover letter or shall I not send it if it is a small error and the CW may ignore it?
