2018 180 days completed
2019 180 days completed
2020 180 days completed
Unclear what you mean by this? Is it absence or days you have been in the UK?
What date was your initial visa issued/granted?

It would be far more important to list the dates your were ABSENT from the UK than the way you have assumed it is about 180 days in the UK.
The rules are based on calculating your absence, which cannot be more than 180 days in a 12 month period.

Any absence of 180 days or more in a 12 month period breaks your residence for ilr.
For visas granted after after 11th January 2018, it is 180 days absence in any 12 month rolling period.

Yh it says you are eligible to apply for ilr accelerated route visa 10 job created u have to have 180 days in uk in amy of the 3 years
Where does it say this exactly?
The immigration rules and the guidance notes says about 180 days ABSENCE in any consecutive 12 month period. It does NOT say you only need to live/be in the UK for 180 days each year.

You have already been advised. If you have more than 180 days of absence in
ANY 12 month period then you cannot apply for ILR. I assume you had no visa issued after 11 Jan 2018. Provide exact details of each absence with the dates and we can tell you whether you can apply for ILR or not

First of all your absences will be calculated based on 12 month periods based on the initial visa date. How many days between 1 March 2017 to 1 March 2018, 2 March 2018 to 1 March 2019 and so on. It has nothing to do with an actual year
Also to benefit from the accelerated route for ILR under Tier 1E, you must maintain 10 roles during your
LAST period of the stay . That means at least 10 roles were created/maintained for 12 months AFTER your extension was granted. You do NOT need to prove investment again during ILR

Yes as you need 12 months for jobs. No need to prove investment again as I said, however, UKVI
may ask you to prove that investment again. Do not take the loan back unless ILR is granted

You are required to invest the required amount in the business. Again I repeat, the UKVI may question you on this
