TEIR 1 SETTLEMENT JOB CREATION QUESTION

My question is:

Is the jobs created during my waiting for visa extension period can be calculated to 'jobs creation'?

I submitted extension application SEP 2017 and got rejected JUN 2018.
Then i submitted fresh application JUN 2018 and approved SEP 2018.

Now i am applying settlement but, can i calculate the jobs during SEP 2017 - SEP 2018 ?
