ILR

Hi
I want to apply for ILR (M) . My wife and I had issue 2 years back , She filed for divorce ,later we resolved the issues . Now we are happy with each other and she is ready to support my ILR .
I hope there will be no issue with the application ?

Please explain why you and your partner cannot live together outside the UK?

Hi I am applying for ILR (M) My wife is born here and british citizen. She works in family business and I am full time accountant . we don't have any children. My brother is lives in uk and my wife has extended family in uk
Please help on below question :
Please explain why you and your partner cannot live
together outside the UK?

Well... you can not live outside the Uk for the reasons you stated above.. that should be a good enough explanation in my opinion.

Keep in mind that these questions are only pertinent if you do not fulfil the requirements. Once you meet all the requirements, it does really matter how you answer but, of course, do give honest answers!

Hi I have submitted online application for ILR SET M today 11/06/19 fee paid .

Visa expiring 25/06/19

Earliest appointment available 26/06/19(booked)


Will this cause any issue ??

Because visa expiring early !!

Please help!

2. Date of appointment is irrelevant. Date of application is the date you submit and pay online.
