info required about my dependants

Thank you very much for useful information. This is indeed a great forum. I have a question regarding my defendants.

I am the main applicant, i made an application with my business partner to extend leave on tier 1 basis on May, 2017 with all dependants, interview was done in my business premises on 8th Feb, 2018, After that long silent by home office. I individually made set o application on 4/4/2019 on basis of 5 years continuous residency on tier 1. it was a variation application. On 8th May, 2019 my partner got extension with dependants, and finally i got ILR on 7/10/2019. Now i have to make ilr applications for my wife and children however their previous extension applications are still pending. Case worker gave me 14 days to make a new fresh application for my all dependants.

Now i have a question.

Do i need to submit cohabitation documents? and what else documents please
