Information on contact email for UKVI

I wanted to know if anyone knows of an email that is ‘monitored’ as the ones listed are not monitored. There is no actual time period for anything. Even after the case has been to court and the appeal has been allowed. There is still such a wait. Which is really unbelievably frustrating! If anyone can give me information Id be grateful as this case is taking far too long and have heard this time the HO is taking is way too long. It’ll be 2 years in September. Thanks.
