Intra company transfer-2 to Tier-2 general Dependent to Tier 2 general

Hi,
I am working in UK for last two years on Intra company Transfer-Tier-2 visa and my wife was working here on my dependent Visa.Now she got a Tier-2-General Visa.I am going to apply for dependent visa now. My question is
1) If I am on her dependent visa and my company is ready to give me general visa. Do the 12 month cooling period will be applied?
2) If some reason I need to change my visa dependent to Intra company Transfer-Tier-2 visa , Do I need to complete 12 month in cooling period.

You have to hold a PBS Dependent visa for 12 months before you can apply for Tier 2 General from home country. This 12 months will be the cooling off period.

You cannot change to ICT visa if you have not worked for 12 months for the sponsor in your home country.

I wanted to have the Intra company transfer-2 for the same company where I have Intra company transfer-2 today. Just wanted to make it sure that if I need to change from dependent to Intra company transfer-2 for the same company. do I need to fulfill the cooling period.

Why change to dependent visa then if you plan on staying with same compnay/sponsor?

If my wife loose her General Visa due to some reason in this period, then I might need to get the ICT-2 again with the same company.I am checking my option.
