We understand from the Department of Justice that some applicants have received a refusal letter which advises them what to do next. Those applicants can now go to their local Immigration office as per the information on our website.
Other applicants have received a refusal letter which does not advise them what to do next. Those applicants should now write to the EU Treaty Rights Section, Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, 13 - 14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2, asking that the Department of Justice review their application.
For people who have been advised to go to the local Immigration office, please understand that it may take some time before this new procedure filters through to the individual Immigration offices.
The High Court has made its decision in relation to the recent case and matters rest there pending an appeal to the supreme Court, which we understand has been lodged.
The Irish SOLVIT Centre advise all applicant's who are sending documents and application forms to the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, to keep photocopies of everything you are sending and to send everything by registered post. This will provide you with a reference number and allow you to locate your documents should the need arise.

A. All applicants are in the State as application pending. You can attend your local Immigration Registration Office and you may be registered at the discretion of the Immigration Officer.
