As explained, I didn't realise it had posted twice. Am I not allowed to post in different topic threads??

So why can you not simply post your question once and wait for a response when someone is willing to respond!! The forum is not an on demand service. People respond when and if they can choose to.
You posted multiple times quoting different members posts in this topic, so deliberately posting and posting the same question in the timeline only topics. The majority of your posts have been removed. Please read the forum rules, as you were required to do when registering on the forum and ticking the box that you had read them.

Hi all. Is it okay to send scanned e-vetting form withy details or it has to be original and hard copy required by the department?
You need to send them the form physically via post including copy of your photo ID.
No. Nothing is posted to you from ISD as registered post. All as normal mail, dropped in your mailbox and you have 28 days to respond to each mail or your application will be closed.

Only time ISD was using Registered Post was for sending naturalization cert via post when it was during covid times but it’s not done anymore

Thanks mate! Just asking as missed a registered post letter from Dublin yesterday and can't pick up for a few days. Wasn't expecting anything from Dubkin, let alone Registered Post! Wonder if anyone gets approval without vetting requests?

They started doing eVetting for everyone from mid 2021, as far as I know.

I know they send IRP renewed online in Dublin area via reg post, but seems to be not your case.

Im not 100% on this, so take it with grain of salt but all citizenship stuff comes from and sent to Tipperary. Even the pay 950 mail comes from Tipperary so I doubt what you got from Dublin would be related with citizenship application.

Only other thing it might be is the vetting invitation? Not sure if they are sent via RP and from Dublin?

Hi guys,

Sorry to bump this again. If you are regularly vetted because of your job, would you still get the invitation by post or would u get an email directly?

thanks!

Highly doubt ISD will reach out to your job to check if you're vetted, plus purposes of vetting are different. I'd bank of getting a letter with the form first.

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone experienced such delay in their evetting process. Sent an email to citizenshipvetting@justice.ie and they said it's with the NVB for processing so we have no control in the length of time this takes. Also sent an email to verting@garda.ie and they said it's under progress, if you have any further queries then contact inis. Don't know how to share picture so sharing timeline for evetting

30 Dec 22 in progress

25 Nov 22 in progress

20 Nov 22 application scheduled for completion
Application submitted to NVB for processing

16 Nov 22 application awaiting review by registered organisation

15 Nov 22 invitation sent to applicant
Invitation being prepared by NVB
Invitation received by nvb

Usually garda process the application within 2-4 weeks, they might have experienced some difficulties to check your details, it makes sense to aks them again if since your last email no news for about this time (2-4 weeks). There is no rush since ceremony date is arranged and you still have 3-4 months at least

Hi Everyone,

Would you remember if the E vetting invitation letter comes in the standard citizenship brown envelope or in a windowed white one?

Thanks :)

Hi Guys,

Just a quick one please.

I had received E-Vetting invitation form on 14th February 2023(dated 10th February 2023) in the post. It was filled out and sent back same day with registered post and was received in Tipperary office next day i.e. 15th February 2023.

I have not received any E-Vetting Link email since then.

I sent them couple of times emails but no answer from office.

Please advise if it is normal in some cases?

Thanks a mil

Hi everyone,

I received the e-vetting form two weeks ago (around 7 working days ago). Filled out and posted the form the same day but I haven't received the e-vetting email yet.

Is this expected? How can I follow up?

Thank you

waiting on the e vetting link to be sent to my email.

Due to nature of my business, i receive enormous amount of emails everyday. i do try to keep on top of them all but sometimes i miss a few unfortunately.

My question is what is email address the the link is sent from. Plus what do the mention in the subject line?
any key words i could use in the search bar to find the e vetting email in case i have missed the email.

thanks in advance.

Sorry for the simple question, but i just want to be 100% certain.

When asked for the photos along with the e-vetting letter, they are asking for the physical photos to be sent along with the NVB1(a) form to "E-Vetting Team, Citizenship CMUB, Department of Justice, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary." right?

"... Please submit two coloured passport sized photos take within the past 30 days with your reference number on the back.
The Minister has requested an up-to-date Garda report in respect of your application. There is a new E-Vetting Digital Process now in place for Garda Vetting reports which replaces the old paper based system. Please complete the enclosed Garda Vetting Invitation Form and return within 28 days from the date of this letter to the following address: E-Vetting Team, Citizenship CMUB, Department of Justice, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary. ..."

Fair warning: E-Vetting form from @sisenor can possibly be invalid.
Got a form today, it's Version 1.4 (Oct 2022).

Unfortunately, didn't consider scanning it to upload here before sending, sorry! If anyone else is in a position to do so, feel free.
