Naturalization Form 8, Section 9. 9.6 : Give details of any social welfare paymment that you are receiving and or have received in the past 3 years and why?

May be its a stupid question but if someone please clarify:
AFAIK, After 5 years of paying tax in Ireland person is elegible for free prsi eye test. Do we need to declare if we get free prsi eye test in last 3 years before submitting naturalization application?

No. Treatment Benefit Scheme is funded by taxpayers and benefit taxpayers.

Only means-rested benefits need to be included (I.e. funded by taxpayers but benefit low income families).
