IRL for the Tire 2 visa after 2015

I am planing to invite a professional from South Africa.
Just wanted to know if she can get ILR after her five years of continuous stay in UK from August 2015?

I heard that there is change in ILR rule and the person has to go back to their country after five year

Applying for indefinite leave to remain in the UK on completing five years’ continuous stay in the UK is possible.

ILR is possible on Tier 2 General (not on Tier 2 ICT) after 5 years provider the applicant meets all of the requirements at that time (and they do change). From April 2015, there are some changes coming in regarding salary requirements though.

If you are going to sponsor someone, make sure you meet all the requirements as there have been refusals recently for approved sponsors not meeting the RMLT requirement.
