Hi,

Can anyone help me to the following inquiry:

My presevious BRP expiry date : 14-01-2021

I made new application under skilled worker on 09-01-2021. On 29-01-2021, I have received email from UKVI that my visa has been approved.

Today, I have received my new BRP with issue date 09-02-2021.

Now, my question is about the period between 15-01-2021 to 08-02-2021? Is it overstay or breakdown of continuous residence? Or it would be the continuous of resident period unde the section 3C.

Appreciate if anyone can clarify that.

No and no.
