Job change while ILR application is in process

I am due to apply for ILR in Oct 2021 via the 10 years route.
I had taken the Integrated Skills in English - B1 level test in Feb 2019 and used it for my T2 General visa application.
Do I need to take the test again since its more than 2 years?

and seems I could still use the old certificate.

Could anyone kindly advise?

Hi,

I have applied for ILR via the 10 years of legal stay in UK and was not given an option for priority service.
Understand the current timelines are close to 6 months.
I currently hold a T2 Gen visa from my current employer valid for another 2 years.
While I am waiting for a decision on my ILR application, can I switch jobs if my new employer offers me sponsorship?

No as a new CoS and skilled worker visa application will cancel your ilr application. You cannot have two applications at the same time.

Until your ilr is granted, your current visa conditions continue and you can only work for your current employer.
