Kids ILR - Biometric card expiring

My wife and I got IRL status in April 2014 and the BRPs are valid for 10years but our son's is for 5 years which is going to expire with in 2 month. Could some one tell me, which form should I use to renew or what are the procedures to do next please?

which FORM to use, when to submit the application etc, please?
