Hi .
I was very ill could not think about my visa dead line and my application become two month late on dependent visa . When I applied for extension I got refusal .. I went for judicial review with all my health reports but still been refused and told to leave the country my wife is British citizen . Then I put human right application it's been refused as well . I have badly ear infection due to this when ever I travel I got headache and feel very bad continues noise in my ear . My ear nerves are damage. I have been told by doctor not to do long travel even on road . But home office just recently refused my application on human right ground and told me leave the country ASAP . I am very up set I do not know what shall I do know .
If any one could give me any suggestion i will be very great full .

What is your full immigration history?
Sorry to say that an ear infection (?) is not extreme medical circumstances (like cancer treatment or heart attack for example).

Thanks very much for the response well this all happen to my cousin .. He was a patient of cancer as well had a leg disability since childhood as well . He damaged his ear nerve last time when he traveled by plane .. Since onward he is in continues pain . That's why doctor gave him unfit to travel note . His wife donot want him to travel it can lead to more damage and can cause death. But at the same time with home office decision they are shattered .
If any one could help us out with piece of advice that will be great

Has the doctor certified that he faces death from his ear infection if he travels?

No doctor gave him unfit to travel for next 6 month certificate .. He was a cancer patient due to the treatment effect when he travel on plane last time due to air pressure in plane he demange his ear nerve due to the reason he feel continue pain in ear and headache . He had his all tests like MRI doctors prescribe him some medication but no effect it's been three year to this incident but his condition is same no cure at all .
