Leave granted since 11 January 2018 ILR

Hallo,

This question completely confused me, after reading some posts here I am confused. Here is the situation:

1) I am a PBD dependant
2) I submitted the IRL application yesterday and made an express booking which is in 2 weeks
3) I got my residence permit extension issued in 2017 (extension I entered the UK in 2014)
4) in the form I got this question "Does the period of stay on which this application Yes
was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?" I selected YES
5) next question "Have you had any absences from the UK during any Yes
leave granted since 11 January 2018?" I selected YES
6) I listed all the leave days after 11 January 2018

Now I have douth whether this is correct or not, can someone please explain to me what " leave granted since 11 January 2018" means and if I filled in the form correctly .....

You should have selected NO as your last visa was issued BEFORE 11th January 2018 and therefore you are not subject to the absence limits.
