Let me know the all require documents for spouse visa in Uk

My husband is British citizen he is working on contractual basis .I want to apply for spouse visa ,is it ok that my husband mention my name on rent agreement for visa process hence I am not in UK please help me out .

It won't be possible without right to rent checks for which the person should be physically present in UK with valid visa. However, a noc letter giving the permission to live along with UK partner upon getting the visa can be obtained from the landlord/estate agent.
