List MORE than 10 years employment history?

Hello! I hold a u.s. passport and I have had indefinite leave to remain since the year 2000
I know that for the British citizenship application you only need to to document employment in the last 10 years . however 7 of the last 10 years I have been on disability benefits and so I thought it might behoove me to include the the years between 2000 and and 2011 to enhance my application.

Q: is there any problem with doing this, and is it recommended?

Don't add what is not required. Simply add the details for the last 10 years as the form asks.
