Long Residence application

I am settled in the UK since May 2020 and my wife has recently gained two and half year visa on 10 years partner route (since January 2021). She came in the UK in March 2011 and since than she has been livingly lawfully under TIER4 and TIER 1 dependent visa. She is completing ten years of her residence next month. She applied on 27 March 2020 to switch her TIER 1 dependent visa to partner route. On 21st of January 2021 she gained two and half year visa. Would she be eligible to apply for ILR under long residence.

All visa count for long residence ILR.

If she meets all the requirements, ie English B1, Liuk and the absence limit, then she can apply.
