Long Residence Route - No Priority Service available

Hi everyone. This September is my 10th year living in the UK and I've prepared the application and today I want to submit it. When paying, however, I am only given the option of "Standard Service" without any option to choose a "Priority Service". I am willing to pay for this service but it looks like I am not eligible.

Is it unusual and indicative of some potential issues with my application?

I reported in my application two Fixed Penalty Notices for failing to stop at a red light (cycling). Also, in the question: "Is there any other information about your character or behaviour which you would like to make us aware of?" I put that I am very sorry for the two incidents of the FPN and explained why I have always been a good resident. Is this the reason why I don't have the option to choose a Priority Service?

FPNs do not need to be declared

Thanks a lot for the quick response and my apologies for the repeated question on the priority service, I will try again for the next few days to see if I get any luck.

Regarding the FPNs, is it definitely correct that these do not need to be declared? I read their guidance and it looks like unless there are multiple FPNs repeated in a short period of time, it will be considered negative. I feel the benefit of declaring these FPNs (even though zeros) would outweigh the costs of not declaring them and being found out (withholding information?).

Only convictions must be declared. Declaring FPNs or not has no effect

Based on replies on this forum, new super-priority service places seem to be released at 1:00 am. So I tried at 1:00 am yesterday. I kept refreshing the service page at 00:59 and got lucky at 1:00 am. Good luck!
