We do not want to be a victim of recent media massacre realting the merriage of convenience. What more frustrating is the Irish Government's step to stop merriage of convenience. As merriage of convenience is always used as an excuse to interfere with the rights of genuine couple to marry. It was proved in past that Irish Government's step always intended to stop everybody and impose hardships to genuine couple. I do not mind to go through togher rules but it has to proven to make way for genuine couple.
Any advise relating non eu and eu merriage and apply for eu treaty rights will be welcome.
Thanks
I know it feels like every single marriage is getting scrutinised, heads starts rolling once you have a non-eu marrying an EU. A mate of mine an Indian national married to British national two weeks ago, they applied in May of this year for their intention to the registrar and got a date in late September. (this is quick as compare to Dublin and other big cities as the venue was Leitrim. By marrying outside you are killing two birds with one stone which is getting a quicker date and secondly most importantly, wedding reception in a 4* hotel would cost alot less and hotels are going an extra mile to deliver nowadays + its a great day out for family/friends).
Below is a detailed guide of how to get married in Ireland...

Once married there are certain terms and conditions for immigration purposes which you need to follow, detailed guide is as under:
